All product information must be truthful and not misleading in any way. If you are an authorised distributor or vendor of any brand, firstly share related documents/certificate with us (seller@Lotkart.com) before listing product on LotsKart.com. Misrepresentation of products may result in suspension or termination of your selling privileges.

  1. Pricing and Payments

You have the freedom to set your own prices for the products you list on LotsKart.com. However, prices must be competitive and reflect the true value of the products. We provide a secure payment gateway to facilitate transactions between you and the buyers. Payments for successful sales will be credited to your account as per our payment policy after deducting our marketplace applicable fees.

  1. Order Fulfilment and Shipping

Timely order fulfilment is crucial to maintaining a positive reputation on LotsKart.com. As a seller, you are responsible for packing and ready to ship products to buyers in accordance with our shipping guidelines. All shipments must be made using reliable courier services to ensure prompt and safe delivery. You are required to accept returns and process refunds in accordance with our return and refund policy. Marketplace Selling Fee Structure

Commission Fee: A percentage of the final sale price is charged as a commission fee. This fee varies depending on the product category and ranges from 5% to 10%. The commission is calculated based on the selling price of the product, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Payment Gateway Fee: A nominal payment gateway fee is applied to cover the cost of processing payments. This fee is typically around 2% + GST of the transaction amount.

Listing Fee: LotsKart.com does not charge a listing fee, allowing you to list as many products as you like without any upfront costs.

Shipping Fee: Sellers are responsible for insured shipping products to buyers. You can choose to include shipping costs in your product price or charge it separately at checkout.

GST: All fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the prevailing rates in India.
